Using Accu-Lube lubricants will guarantee sustainable and optimal processing of all metal materials. Accu-Lube lubricants are made of non-toxic, renewable, vegetable raw materials. They are environmentally friendly and biodegradable.

Compared with conventional coolants Accu-Lube lubricants significantly improve lubricity. Frictional heat caused in metal processing is reduced, tool life is increased and surface quality is enhanced. You will find a suitable Accu-Lube lubricant for every material.

1. Lubricants for machining non-ferrous materials
2. Lubricants for machining ferrous materials

Non-ferrous materials:

• LB-5000: For medium to heavy cutting operations
• LB-6000: No longer available. Replaced by LB-4000.
• LB-4500: For light cutting operations
• LB-4000: For light to medium-heavy cutting operations

Ferrous materials:

• LB-2000: For light to heavy cutting operations
• LB-8000: For light to medium-heavy cutting operations
• LB-10000: For light to medium-heavy cutting operations

Our lubricants are available in 1 litre, 5 litre, 20 litre cans and in 200 litre drums and as Paste, Gel and Stick.
