In most cases a precisely designed Minimum Quantity Lubrication can replace the use of conventional coolants. Especially in sawing, milling, drilling, broaching, reaming, thread cutting, punching, forming, grooving, bending, and knurling operations Minimum Quantity Lubrication can be applied successfully.

Our precision applicators apply minute quantities of optimally dosed Lubricants to the tool. You will get:

  • Continuous wetting of the tool with lubricant
  • Even application of lubricant significantly reducing friction caused during metal processing
  • Very low lubricant consumption
  • High performance of the deployed tools
  • Almost dry workpieces, tools and machines

The lubricant is applied by nozzles which are to be positioned close to the cutting tool. You will get:

  • A precision applicator with the best suited nozzles to meet your requirements.
  • A fine adjustment of lubricant either with our Accu-Lube pump and/or by setting the number of strokes made by our frequency generator
  • Minimum consumption of lubricant

A lubricant-air-mixture generated in the Accu-Lube MiniBoosteris supplied to the rotating union of the machine tool. There it is transported through the machine tool spindle to the deployed cooling channel tool’s cutting edge for optimum lubrication. You will get:

  • Very quick supply of lubricant to the tool (< 0,1 s)
  • An electronic control for automatic adaptation to various tool diameters with different cooling channel cross sections without the need of complex programming the volume of lubricant and air for every single tool.
  • The option of extending the MiniBooster with extra nozzles for outside lubrication
